Building services technicians have a particularly important job. They are responsible for ensuring that everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. The elevator runs, the garden looks inviting, the heating is on and in winter it is gritted... These are all things that often seem self-evident in everyday life, but we know: There is a lot of work, technical understanding and craftsmanship behind them. All of this is appreciated by your team and residents alike.

Your area of responsibility is as colorful as everyday life in retirement or nursing homes. It can be described roughly as follows: House technicians are janitors, craftsmen, electricians, plumbers, heating and ventilation specialists, gardeners, organizers and good listeners all rolled into one. You are responsible for a wide range of tasks and should be a real all-rounder. Other important prerequisites are your good organizational skills and the ability to improvise - and of course the enthusiasm to help, because we focus on people.

You can develop your practical skills with us and expand your knowledge through special further training. It is also possible to train as a building technician or building services specialist.
