How does the training work?

What does your day-to-day work as a chef look like?

  • You're one of the all-rounders. From barbecues to Italian cuisine, from banquets to coffee tables, you can prepare anything.
  • You know your way around food science and process different foods.
  • You organize the work processes in the kitchen.
  • You deal with food hygiene.
  • You will put together tasty, varied and age-appropriate menus.
  • You can also make passed food look like a masterpiece.
  • You will ensure the well-being of our residents and staff alike.

  • Good knowledge of German
