We offer people returning to work the chance to regain a professional foothold: with flexible part-time models and support at almost all DOREAFAMILIE locations. If you want to get back into working life by doing new vocational training, you've come to the right place.
Your work has a purpose here. All members of DOREAFAMILIE help to support and empower people in need of care. No matter what you do and where you work.
You have no training? We are looking for you in these areas:
Nursing:
as nursing assistant
Care:
after further training as a caregiver according to §43b, SGB XI.
Kitchen:
as kitchen assistant
Cleaning:
as a cleaner
Do you want to get into nursing?
Are you new to nursing? Attend a basic nursing course, full-time or part-time. Then you will have an uncomplicated entry into the care sector. 10 to 12 weeks of specialized instruction at educational institutions and a two-week internship at the DOREAFAMILIE - you're off to a good start.
If you meet the relevant requirements, these agencies will finance your new entry:
- Employment agencies (SGB III)
- Job centers (SGB II) by means of an education voucher
- BFD (Vocational Training Service of the German Armed Forces)
- German pension insurance
- European Social Fund (ESF)
