Training as a care assistant (f/m/d)
Would you like to do a meaningful job, take responsibility for people in need of care and learn a multifaceted profession with a future? Then you've come to the right place. Training to become a certified nursing assistant (1 to 2 years) gives you the best chance of a bright future - and all the prerequisites for further development at any time if you so wish.
How does the training work?
- You will learn the theoretical knowledge at a vocational college.
- The practical training takes place in one of our fully inpatient care facilities or in an outpatient service near you.
- You will be accompanied by practical instructors throughout your training. They will show you how theory works in practice.
- Your training is the perfect preparation for generalist nursing training if you want to continue afterwards.

What does your work as a care assistant (geriatric care assistant) look like?
- You are part of an interprofessional team and work together with many other professional groups.
- You look after sick people and people in need of care.
- You implement the care process.
- You will plan nursing measures, carry them out and document them.
- You will develop an understanding of the quality of care and play an active role in improving it.

- A B2 German certificate (only for foreign school-leaving qualifications)
