We at DOREAFAMILIE therefore welcome the legal regulation that makes it possible to increase salaries and are working hard to implement the new pay scale regulation in the care sector as early as possible - before the legal deadline - in the interests of our existing and future employees. As a result, skilled and unskilled workers in nursing and care will receive significantly higher salaries. An example in figures: Full-time nursing staff can expect to earn at least €4,000 including bonuses at DOREAFAMILIE after the change in salaries.
The new regulations will be implemented on a location-by-location basis once the care rate negotiations with the care insurance funds have been concluded. You will find out when your chosen location is due and exactly what the salary structure will look like for your professional group during the information or job interview.
By the way: Our top bonuses remain the same even with a higher basic salary, e.g. 100% on public holidays and 25% on Saturdays from 1pm to 9pm.
