Runkel – die Stadt der Burgen und Schlösser
9.500 Einwohnerinnen und Einwohner zählt der Ausgangspunkt in die schönsten Ausflugsgebiete des Westerwaldes, des Taunus und entlang der Lahn. Der Ort bietet sehr gute Verkehrsanbindungen wie die A3, die B49 und den ICE Haltepunkt, so dass man schnell zum Flughafen Frankfurt am Main und in die größeren Städte des Rhein-Main Gebietes gelangt. In nur 7 km Entfernung erreicht man außerdem den Autobahnanschluss Frankfurt-Köln. Auch alle Schulformen werden in erreichbarer Nähe angeboten.

Das Pflegeheim DOREAFAMILIE Runkel liegt am Ortsrand der sehenswerten Stadt mit einer beeindruckenden mittelalterlichen Burg, die bis heute das Stadtbild mit einer historischen Altstadt und vielen hübschen Fachwerkhäusern prägt.
